    Age Requirements

    You must be at least 18 years old to undertake a High Risk Work Licence assessment. For an EWPA Yellow Card, the minimum age is 16.

    USI (Unique Student Identifier)

    A USI is mandatory for all nationally recognised training. You must create or retrieve your USI before your training commences.

    ID & SafeWork

    You need a Service NSW account and two forms of ID (at least one with a photo) for the SafeWork assessment. See SafeWork for full 100-point ID requirements.

    Validity

    A High Risk Work Licence is valid for 5 years and is nationally recognised across Australia. EWPA Yellow Cards are also valid for 5 years.
